Start with the direct fix. Reach a person when you need one.

One person builds and supports TinyRocket, and support messages open a conversation in that person’s desk. These tasks are available without waiting for a support reply:

• Lost your license, or moving Macs? Find my license re-sends the key and shows your seats. To release a Mac, open TinyRocket and choose Sign In.
• Want your money back? The refund promise has a self-service button. The result page says exactly which Stripe refunds started and whether a person needs to finish one.
• Removing the app? Uninstall is two moves, written down honestly.
• Wondering what TinyRocket does with a link? How it works is the whole mechanism, plainly told.

Anything else — something looks wrong, a message from the app you did not expect, a question this site does not answer — write to us. We aim to answer within two working days.
